large courtyard available for use.
Name Badges:
We will be issuing name badges at the event check in and ask that attendees wear these at all times, including the hosted dinner.

We kindly ask: that you do not enter the meeting space until we escort you in.
Out of respect for other technology partners, you will attend your organizations time slot only.
Please arrive at the check in table, located outside the meeting space, no later than 15 minutes prior to your presentation time slot.
