Account Development Specialist / Lead Development / Inside Sales
The Account Development Specialist is responsible for making outbound telephone sales calls in order to provide Nth Generation's outside Account Executives with fresh qualified leads and with the ultimate goal of scheduling face-to-face appointments. This position will develop net new clients for Nth, and strategically reengage inactive client accounts. The Account Development Specialist is paid a base hourly rate plus commissions and carries a quota based on the number of "Qualified Leads" generated. This position reports to the Sr. VP of Sales. As an Account Development Specialist, this is a Non-Exempt position.
