Out of an abundance of caution and to guard the health and safety of all Nth valued team members and partners during the 2023 Sales Kick Off, Nth Generation is requiring adherence to the following COVID-19 related protocol
and policies. As a requirement of attending SKO, you must read and adhere to the following:
Before entering the Nth’s 2023 Sales Kick Off site or joining in any SKO-related activities in person:

All attendees are required to attest in writing to having taken and received a negative result from
a Rapid Antigen Self-Test within 24 hours of arrival. -
Attendees are welcome and encouraged to take a COVID-19 test prior to travel for peace of mind.
Do not come to SKO, attend any SKO activities, or be in-person with others if you have had any of
the below conditions and/or risk factors in the last 24 hours, which could indicate a case of COVID-19:
- Fever or chills (No fever greater than 100 without the use of fever reducing medication).
- Diarrhea.
- New loss of taste or smell.
- Shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms.
- Muscle aches or severe fatigue, aches, or pains.
- Nausea or vomiting.
- Headache.
- Cough.
- Chest pain or pressure.
- Sore throat.
- Congestion or runny nose.
- You have had close unprotected contact in the past 10 days with a person known to have COVID-19.
All attendees must self-screen for Covid-19 symptoms and/or conditions.
