Nth Generation Continues to Raise the Bar: Announces Co-Presidents

SAN DIEGO, CA – January 25, 2022: Nth Generation Computing, Inc. – a leader in enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions and winner of San Diego Business Journal’s 2021 Best Places to Work – announced the appointment of Todd Burkhardt and Dan Molina as Co-Presidents of the company. Both are current executives, reporting to Janis Baldwin, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder, Richard Baldwin, will continue as Executive Board member and Strategic Advisor.

Burkhardt will be focused on the full client engagement experience, including sales, technical pre- and post-sales, and Nth Labs. Molina will focus on cybersecurity solutions, overall portfolio technologies and partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.

Burkhardt joined Nth in January 1992, when the company was based out of the Baldwin’s garage. He started by integrating servers; then later became a field engineer, deploying servers and storage. As the company grew, his role expanded to managing engineering, integration, and warehouse teams. He has served most recently as the company’s Vice President of Technical Services overseeing IT, technical presales, post sales, and project management teams. He holds a degree in Computer Programming.

“I am truly honored to be adopting the Co-President role alongside Dan Molina. We are committed to continued cultivation of our award-winning culture, built on a legacy the Baldwins created. We believe empowering our employees extends to client success. Rich Baldwin has always emphasized, if we take care of our employees, they will take care of our customers."

Molina joined Nth in November 2000, as an entry-level Solutions Architect and Post-sales Engineer. While retaining these roles, he also served as the principal Project Manager until 2006, when he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and head of R&D. As the company’s current CTO, he has overseen helping to identify, research, evaluate, and incorporate highly innovative technologies into Nth’s solutions and services portfolio; as well as fostering Nth’s comprehensive security practice. Molina holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership.

“I am beyond honored for the opportunity to contribute to Nth Generation’s continued success and growth in this new, elevated role. I truly believe it takes a village to deliver world-class solutions, which is our top priority. Nth is comprised of top-notch, talented, passionate, dedicated professionals who all care deeply about doing the right thing; not just for our clients, but also for our ecosystem of partners and teammates as well.”

As servant leaders, the Co-Presidents share a vision for Nth Generation’s ongoing evolution as a best place to work. Additionally, they will cultivate continued laser focus on process enhancements and expansion of their comprehensive and cost-effective IT and cybersecurity solutions portfolio — further empowering clients in accelerating business outcomes. Paired with Nth’s ecosystem of top-level technology providers, Nth makes transformation a reality.
