What’s your job title? Senior Solutions Engineer


How many years have you been with Nth? 23 years this July


What does a typical day for you at Nth look like? I deliver Nth services to our customers (Virtualization, Servers, and Backup).


Which fellow Nth’er(s) inspire you and why? I love and admire many of my coworkers. Rich Baldwin (Executive Board Member, Strategic Advisor) & Jan Baldwin (CEO) have done an amazing job finding “awesome people”.


What led you to this career/working at Nth? Todd Burkhardt (Co-President, Client Engagement & CIO) suggested I give Nth a try.


What is one of your favorite things about your job? I love making the customer happy and "delivering awesome".


What is a work accomplishment you are proud of? I cant just name one.


What motivates you at work? I always strive to give my best.


What is one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in your career? Good things happen for good people; strive to be good.


What was your first job? United States Navy. I did work at a donut shop as a kid.


What is the best career advice you’ve received? If you are going to do something, try to do it your best.


What is your favorite place that you’ve travelled to? I love Hawaii.


What is your favorite movie and/or book? Pulp Fiction


Describe your ideal weekend. Spending time with family


What famous person or historical figure would you most like to meet and why?

Bob Marley. I feel like he was a chill guy and his music has filled me with joy.


What 3 items would you bring with you to a deserted island? A boat, satellite phone, and beer


What is your perfect meal? One spent with family or good friends, and NO CELL PHONES


What is the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? I stay away from strange food.


What do you like to do for fun? Relax with family. I enjoy watching a Padres game with my brother Todd.


What was your first concert? My first concert was Oingo Boingo, and my first cassette tape was a self-made radio mix.
