At the onset of each new-year, Nth Generation (Nth) brings the entire organization together for reflection and planning. Every year, we look forward to our Nth family connecting, sharing gratitude, and mapping out key strategies in our evolution.
Our founders, Jan Baldwin, CEO, and Rich Baldwin, CIO, kicked off the 2019 event with genuine appreciation for Nth’s people – which is what makes Nth Generation such a special company. Nth is “special” in that employees at Nth care for each other, our clients, and the community. Jan and Rich developed Nth with a foundation committed to their ethos — when the staff is empowered and thriving, we will sustain happy clients.
This has cultivated a positive energy that radiates from Nth staff. We nurture “can-do” attitudes and seek creative solutions to solve complex problems. We strive to deliver our best possible work, and are willing to learn and improve in a cycle of continuous development. This collaborative environment enables a sense of pride and accomplishment. I am personally honored to have just celebrated my 10 year anniversary with Nth Generation!
Nth staff continually embraces the challenge to find new ways of delivering improved value added services. The market is constantly changing and our customers need better, faster, safer, and top notch support. As part of our annual kickoff, Jan also highlighted our mission statement, which focuses on “delivering awesome” technologies, security services, and solutions. We refer to this as “customer service to the Nth Degree.”

Robert Williams III (aka Rambo), one of our beloved Senior Solutions Engineers, works around the clock in customer data centers helping with various IT efforts. He also happens to be an amazing chef, hailing from generations of South Carolina cooks. His BBQ is legendary among Nth staff and clients alike. In preparation of our company’s annual kickoff, held at the beautiful South Coast Winery & Resort, Rambo prepared a huge batch of his special BBQ sauce. He hand packed the delicacy into (17) squeeze bottles, labeled “hot or mild” for all of us to enjoy with dinner. You can see his masterpiece in pic above.
In 2018, the company was treated to a play at the Old Globe Theater. “The Heart of Rock and Roll” based on the life of Huey Lewis got us all on our feet dancing. To our surprise, Huey was in attendance at the show. He was a great sport taking pics with Nth fans!
I want to wish each and every one of you and my Nth family, “cheers to a great 2019!” I am grateful for our strong Nth leadership, who empowers us all to service our clients based on ethical principles and technical acumen. Nth Generation had another fantastic year in 2018. We look forward to bringing continued innovations to our customers that will help them accelerate your business and delight their own customers.
