Dan Molina | Co-President, CTO
Dan Molina has worked in the IT industry since 1989 and joined Nth Generation in November 2000. In addition to his role as Co-President, as CTO, he is responsible for researching and incorporating leading-edge IT and Cybersecurity technologies and services into Nth’s solutions and services portfolio, and overseeing Nth’s Security and Marketing divisions.

Dan completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at UCSD in 1992 and a Master of Science Degree in Executive Leadership at USD in 2009. Dan brings consulting experience in the areas of Hybrid Cloud, Data Protection, Business Continuity, Security, AI, and other related Enterprise IT solutions. Dan is a multi-year finalist for the San Diego Tech Executive of the Year Award.

Luke Norris | Co-Founder, CEO
Luke Norris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kamiwaza AI, the AI orchestration platform built for secure, distributed inference. A seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur, Luke has engaged with hundreds of Global 2000 and Fortune 500 companies, holds over 12 patents, and has secured more than $100 million in funding from investors including Dell Technologies Capital, Sweetwater, Charterhouse, and corporate strategics such as Equinix, VMware, and Dell. His career spans founding and executive roles at Faction Inc., FetterLogic, and Sungard, grounding his work at Kamiwaza in deep operational and engineering experience across the enterprise technology landscape.

Elias Alagna | Chief Technologist, Global Sales Technology Office
Elias is a Distinguished Technologist in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Global Sales Technology Office. He looks across HPE’s broad base of customers and partners and works on innovative projects and ideas that provide a material joint benefit for all parties.
He has worked across HPE’s broad base of customer to help them get the most value from technology. Elias joined Hewlett-Packard in 2009 after spending 10 years at Sun Microsystems in systems architecture and professional services roles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle with a focus on systems and process optimization.
Elias has experience working with commercial, government and education entities across a broad set of products and services. Areas of experience included enterprise resource planning system architecture, high performance computing, business continuity and disaster recovery, database solution architecture and storage infrastructure and software solutions. He holds United States patent 11,388,234.
Elias lives in San Jose, California with his wife Rachael and their Labrador retriever Maura. He has an unending interest in eating well, seeing new things and discovering history through genealogy.
