COVID Safety Measures for SKO

In light of COVID, we recognize the following may be perceived as an inconvenience. However, in order to keep our teammates and peers safe and healthy, we ask that you approach this process, and those managing the event, with grace, patience, and kindness.

  • Please make sure to give yourself enough time to follow these requirements prior to your activity start time.

  • In the interest of everyone’s health and safety, if you are feeling unwell or having signs of illness, please stay home and do not attend the event. Please click here for more information.

  • Attending Sales Kickoff in person is optional and for those comfortable gathering in person. We will offer virtual attendance to all key presentations, including dinner announcements and awards.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS

No matter vaccination status:

All attendees must abide by venue COVID requirements at the time of the event. Presentations will be indoors. All meals will be outdoors. Seating will be at 6’ social distancing. Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa abides by Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, Riverside County and Indian Wells requirements.

COVID TESTING

No matter vaccination status:

  • Prior to driving to Indian Wells, if you are concerned about making the drive unnecessarily, you are more than welcome to take your own test at home.

  • Even with a negative home test, you must test negative via an on-site provided proctor (location at Indian Wells Hyatt).

  • Each person only needs to be tested once, upon arrival, as their “ticket” to attend the full event.

    • A negative proctored test is required prior to any activity or participation, e.g: golf, spa, dinner, etc.

    • If you test positive via the proctor, you have the option for a 2nd test. If both tests return positive, we ask that you attend virtually.

  • Testing times begin (estimated):

  • Wednesday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (primarily Nth employees) in the Foyer outside the meeting space

  • Thursday 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm (primarily partners) in the Foyer outside the meeting space

  • Friday 6:30 am - 12:30 pm (primarily partners) outside by the breakfast space (Verbena Terrace) then in the Foyer outside the meeting space following breakfast
