The Nth Raffle!

We will be randomly drawing raffle winners throughout SKO after presentations. You must be on time to the sessions we randomly drawing at AND you must be present to win.

  • If your name is called, you must video up, unmute, and notify us that you are present within 10 seconds! Once your name is pulled, you will be taken out of the raffle pool.

  • As a winner, you will have a choice of a raffle prize. More than one winner can choose the same prize. 

  • Katelyn will be sending out a google form to all winners to inform us which prize you would like. Winners will have until February 3rd to choose their prize from the offered prizes and let Katelyn know. 

  • We will aim to have prizes delivered ASAP.

The Marketing Team sent an email about our bandana competition. We encourage you to participate! We can’t wait to see what fun and creative photos you submit!

  1. Take a photo and send it to: with the subject line “Bandanarama Entry”.

  2. Include your name, your child or pet’s name (if applicable), and location where the photo was taken, in the entry email.

  3. Submit your photos no later than January 29, 2021.

  4. Voting will start on Monday, February 1, 2021. Voting is only open to participants who enter the contest. We will circulate a link to all participants for voting!

  5. Winners will be announced the following week on Friday, February 5, 2021.

  • In order to keep partner presentations and communications private, there will be separate Zoom access links for each, individual sponsor presenting.

  • Katelyn will attach these links in your day’s Outlook invite.



  • You will need to keep the Zoom link list handy, in order to log into each partners presentation.

  • You will need to hang up one presentation, to then enter the next presentation.


  • All participants will be muted upon entering the meeting. Reminder, if you are not presenting or identified by the presenter to speak—please stay muted! 

  • The E-Team kindly asks that you ONLY use chat for welcoming, kudos, sharing or inquiring about information on the topic presented.  

  • For this specific event, we ask that you do not use the raise hand feature. 

  • Please use “speaker view” for the best viewing experience! 

  • NOTE: Please do not interrupt the presenter. If you have questions, please use the chat to ask them. The sponsors have been instructed to have a rep available to answer questions via chat. If they have a Q&A portion at the end of their presentation, feel free to ask any unanswered questions then. Keep in mind, we will have to stick to the schedule.
