Nth Generation Computing, Inc. will never sell, re-user, rent, loan, or otherwise disclose any information on you to any third party. We will never use the information you provide in any ways to which you have not specifically consented. We will use the utmost care in protecting the sanctity and security of your information.

USE OF INFORMATION

Nth Generation Computing, Inc. does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer any personal information collected on our site, including forms or email lists, to any third party. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

When attending our workshops, registering for our training courses, and signing up for certain selected services, users must first submit some information. Users may be required to give their contact information (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number). We also collect demographic information (such as job function and title, company information, and professional certification). We use this information to communicate with users and provide requested services. We use aggregate demographic information about our audience to improve our offerings, and for marketing purposes.

EMAIL INFORMATION

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

In order to best serve our clients, we may send updates that contain important information about our site and services. We may also communicate with a user to provide requested services and for account-related issues via email, phone, or regular mail. Users can choose not to receive these communications, as set forth in our Permissions section below.

COOKIES AND LOG FILES

We do not use cookies. We do maintain server logs regarding visits to our Web site. Most companies and Web sites maintain such server logs as a function of operating Web sites. Nth Generation Computing, Inc. analyzes such logs in an effort to constantly improve the value of materials on the site. The logs do not contain personally identifiable information. We do not make any attempt to link the traffic information on the site with the individuals who actually visit the site.

LEGALLY COMPELLED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so. For example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's request or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify a contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property.

CHILDREN

No part of this site is directed to children. We will never knowingly collect information from users under the age of 13.

Our users are given the opportunity to choose whether to receive information from us. At any time you do not want to receive any further communication from Nth Generation Computing, Inc., simply inform us and we will remove you from our marketing list.
