I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the Nth Generation team supporting Pacific Life. A couple of weeks ago I was preparing systems to be shipped to our Omaha, Nebraska office when I realized that I had ordered the wrong Ethernet G-bic. I ordered the same 10 Gig version I had for our Southern California office but our Nebraska systems only support the 1 Gig version.
I called Casey, our Nth Generation Account Manager in a panic and got his voicemail. I explained the problem and followed up with a e-mail. I received a reply shortly in which Casey responded, “I'm on it!”
I'd explained in my original message that I needed the G-bics onsite in Omaha in less than two weeks. To my surprise, 5 days later they arrived at my desk. This really saved the day since I had a engineer flying out from Southern California to Omaha to install and setup the systems. Your team took care of the replacement G-bics and promptly returned the original order.
Nth Generation has been very supportive of our needs from Labs, demo gear, onsite training for my team, educational seminars, etc. Your team really does add the value to Pacific Life.
